Worst Service ever. I will never advice anyone to opt shiprocket fulfillment. From Bangalore warehouse my 15 products worth 70000 are missing. I am writing to them continuously and getting no proper response. I used their service for 2 months and my entire business collapsed. My amazon seller account were at the edge of suspension because these people did not process my orders in time. Amazon orders were cancelled. 15 orders were pending and then I decided to stop the service. Overall I have faced huge loss and bad reputation. They have still not returned my missing products. Don't ever try this service.

What a total waste Shiprocket you are. Please change your name to shipsnail. Total bakwas. Its been 3 days but no one has come to pick. And to the surprise call center folks calls every day, verify the address and apologies for the delay and confirms pickup to be done. But no one turns up.

I had bad experiences with SHIPROCKET. I did not get my order yet but in tracking details its mentioned as delivered. Shiprocket should be banned as they make money and now they don’t care about their customers.

The worst Courier supply service, I had sent a package from Bangalore to UP first of all they took 18 days to give me update and at last they said it’s been RTO (Return).

The worst courier service that u can find in the country, they take 25 days to deliver a package which has reached their destination , which could have been delivered in a day or two , very lazy and unethical staff ,
