Pathetic service and not sure how they are tied up with leading companies like Adidas, Apollo. You can even bet that if you have a prepaid order, it will not be delivered. You can definitely guarantee that. Google should introduce 0 rating and no doubt that this rating will be soon in 0.xxxxx. I just hope that any only order of mine should never get courier partner as Ecom Express as then it’s a struggle. Massive follow-ups, no genuine responses. Horrible experience.

The worst service ever experienced, when i track my id it says the product is still sitting in the office. The product is not delivered to me even after 7 days. They don't deliver the products. I personally went to pickup and when i ask about my product they are giving worst reasons as delivery boys are not available....

Pathetic Service ever. Doesnt come for pickup of the couriers. Because of this worst services, i have lost quite a few orders. They have been cancelled nw and also the customer services, they say pickup will be done within 24hrs everytime i call them but it just extends and the same words repeats daily but of no use, no serious action. They should have atleast put sign "no longer in service" to the Vendor services atleast. Tired of this drama..

How can someone still giving this service provider 5 rating.. also request google to introduce '0' rating too. Such an unprofessional service provider... Pick up request went for more than 3 months and ver honored.. just because it was booked by a phone company to pick up defective piece, I didn't had an option to choose alternative... finally after talking to nokia was able to get another provider for pickup.. Now for replacement again nokia booked delivery thru ECOM hahaha... And it's been more than 10 days it's sitting at the location with no attempt to delivery... Customer service has a script to read.. and don't even understand the request properly.. They gave me an address which doesn't matches with any of their address online... Don't know how to proceed... Does anyone know ECom Madeenaguda correct and current address for me to go and pick up

This is the worst courier service. Even if u call for 1000 times they will say something we have escalated Ur product Will be delivered in 24hrs.but days will pass months will pass but they don't deliver your product. Don't choose this Service. Worst experience don't pre- pay the amount worst services . Didn't recommend this any more. If at all they face some issues like raining or bike punctures we could atleast take a chance but without receiving the calls without responding to the eamils is not at all fair reason.

This is just a fake company which will not deliver you the item properly. No one is responsible for the shipments and delayed delivery. They will postpone your shipment every day without your intimation and update in system as customer requested postponed the delivery. Finally your shipment will not be delivered and returned back. Very low class maintenance.
