WORST delivery service on the planet... They called me to collect parcel from their office directly which is around 18 km from my location. I denied and they booked a private autorickshaw. The rickshaw person called me when he was at the gate which is again 1.5 km from my location. I asked him to call me in advance so that I will be available at that time to pick up. But he didn't. Besides, he refused to come inside the area. I would have given them a negative rating but sadly there's no option. Never ever book the services.

Very bad experience with this courier service. I m calling them from past 5 days & they are not responding at all. I had a parcel to receive which I didn't receive & it's late for 5 days now. I called them to enquire regarding the same but they just seem to not to care. Very bad service.

I don't understand when they do not have the service for certain area , why would they accept it????? Previously they did not even inform me, without my acknowledgement they have sent back my parcel too... Totally I would not give even a single star.....
