Extremely bad service. Saying parcel will reach within 4 days but 21 days passed did not reach the destination. After 21 days they are saying that the place where the parcel is to be delivered is not having their service centre in Najafgarh Delhi. Then I again said to return my parcel till now 4 days passed did not get my parcel back yet. No one attends the phone call ever. Never send any parcel through this courier. Worst than ever..

worst service, they take 4 to 5 days to deliver a parcel that is also by air. Customer service is always busy , only one recorded voice always play that all executives are busy , call us later, land line phone no one pics, if any one pics the phone they say that "Deliver nahi hua to hum kya kar sakte hain". this is the exact answer i got from company after 6 days of booking. I think u are responsible to answer as u have taken money against of parcel booking. worst customer care service

Cant believe that such courier services still exist, they have no delivery service yet they show on their website that there are multiple office, not even one person is responding, i urgently need to take my parcel and travel to USA and there is no sign of my order inspite of it showing that courrier has reached my city ( bangalore) since last 3 days , whats the point of sending it thru air if the last mile delivery service it so pathethic, my situation is such that i am now willing to drive down to their office ( if only i know which office actually exists ) and pick the parcel up myself. Will never every use this service in future

Worst service of skyking. They mention in sites that they have door to door pick and drop service but they don't do that. Their agent calls to customer to pick parcel from their office. After saying that Its your duty to deliver to written address, they used say we are not paid for this. I run business so there are heavy parcels , Now they are saying to pick up means I have to book a vehicle and spend money extra.Very pathetic service. this is my last courier with Skyking.
