Pathetic service. I would never recommend anyone for this courier. Extremely unprofessional they are. Our medicines were kept for 3 days and they didn't deliver. We had to visit their office to get it where they started fighting. I would even give -10 ratings. You should shut down your service.

Terrible service. Had to go down the courier storehouse to get my shipment. It was labelled out for delivery for 5 days and couldn't be tracked. Also the phone number of the Jamshedpur office don't work. No body answers the calls. Had the most terrible experience. Don't ever use it for any urgent purposes.

Very slow delivery. Please don't send your parcel by this courier service. My parcel already reached to Jamshedpur but no one were deliver it until I have to call them too many times.

I have a courier posted on 18thOct'21 from Bhubaneswar and it's not yet received at Jamshedpur. Today is 26thOct'21. I believe main call center is at Kolkata, the person recieved the call only did favour by sharing Jamshedpur contact number..And the number is switched off at 6.10 PM. 2nd time I called them just cut the call.. Now u may choose.
