Worst service from Ecom Express. While tracking my order the status was out for delivery but when I saw google reviews I learnt that Ecom never delivers your parcel even when the status is out for delivery so by curiosity I visited this warehouse and i saw my parcel hasn't even left the warehouse and the status is out for delivery 🤣 these people are making a fool of us, so i recommend everyone who is expecting a parcel from Ecom express to just visit the warehouse and collect the parcel by yourself and not to trust the tracking status as it's bogus. (1 star because google doesn't let you rate 0 stars🤷‍♂️)

Though I had an issue wrt a package being misplaced, with no positive response even from the main Shopping Portal which should have tracked my package, I have given 5 stars to one Ecom Executive Mr Ravi Kumar R, who helped me immensely by tracking the person who collected the return package, getting his seniors involved & ensuring that the matter was resolved & my package returned to me. Dedicated personel like him will surely ensure we don't lose trust in the system. Thank you Ravi Kumar.

Amazon appoints ecom for any return pickup for the product . The pick up of their company doesn't bother to check what product is to be returned and randomly comes on a given day n not the pick up date . The customer care n supervisors take no responsibility n then put the blame on customer n tell to contact Amazon. They are irresponsible and unprofessional I spoke to a supervisor n all he had to say is Amazon will do everything we can't help. Although their guy was untrained to pick up without checking what n when he's suppose to pick up . The company is irresponsible.
