Worst service ever! It's been over a month since I have put my package for courier, it has not been delivered. A week back when I called them, they said that it will be delivered in a couple of days, now they are saying that the package is LOST. When I asked for compensation they are saying that NOTHING WILL BE GIVEN. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER, ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH.

Worst is small word. Pathetic service by DTDC these days. BTW the are ( Banjara hills master franchise) moved to TV5 beside road. Without calling the customer they write comments like "customer refused the delivery" or "Delivery attempted but door locked" . Really shame on you DTDC service. Customer service is already dead it seams. RIP DTDC. This address is no more valid address for Banjara hills master franchise branch. But another DTDC branch available here in this place.
