Most unprofessional and unethical organization, I have seen in the courier business. This Cherthala franchise is notorious to threaten that they will send the consignment back. It happened twice with me (100% time), for consignments promised door delivery and money collected and backed off. And I had similar experiences with other professional courier franchises in the past, which forced me once overnight travel as unprofessional courier personnel threatened consignee and package was undelivered. BEWARE, avoid if possible. Such a pathetic institution, and called themselves 'Professional Couriers', lol.

Very bad service. Usually a courier need to deliver the product/materials to destinations, instead here we are asked to pick from their office and when asked for delivery, they say it’s not possible . That means it’s not courier team, it’s just transport service for product.
