Only if i could, I would've given it -ve ratings, worst courier in all facets. 1. They charge high 2. They deliver late 3. Support service is pathetic 4. Improper material handling 5. They blame each other. Stop your company, do some research and play with your kids at home. "Non-Professional courier."

Courier was to raipur these people took the courier sent it, the parcel reached raipur, but thereafter they spent 4 days before delivering it. And neither the siliguri office nor the raipur office was particularly helpful at all.

If this is your last option in this courier service, still do not use this courier. This is the worst courier service in the world. All the courier offices in Raipur do not get any call from any of them, if any number is called, then that phone is not received. If any of your parcel is coming to your city from other city, then they do not deliver it to you. And if you call them to go to receive, then the phone does not ring and there is no answer. And after a few days your courier comes back and it is in front of the customer ie the customer that they have not received the phone call. The parcel had arrived for me from Ghaziabad from 1 month ago but these people returned that courier without delivery. And when tracking was done from their website, these people had told in it that the customer did not receive the call. Whereas we have given our address in such a way that that address can be reached even without a phone call. Except for this courier, all the parcels come to us by courier, but very few of them call and they get our address.

They’ll accept any address while sending and at the time of delivery they’ll ask you to collect from office. BTW my comment is w.r.t their tuty office. This office persons were good.
