One star is because they pick up the call, but courier has to be picked up by customer. They keep the courier saying the load is not full and don't send it to final destination.if you go with this courier service you will end up crying

One of worst courier we ever come across, parcels never reaches in time just from Bangalore to Mysore they required 3 -5 days for even small parcel. very attitude people working for them, they never call costumers to brief about parcel. even though it's door delivery we need to call them and collect our self. One of the worst service.
