very poor service delivery of this courier company and the delivery boys also very rude as well as i will pack the medicine in the cardboard box the box is also cracked in two parts.

Worse experience from this kind of professional courier service...this courier was recommended by a business owner. I Shipped around 30 kilo box with gift and glass item... Properly packed with two layer of thick thermocol backing in hard cardboard boxes(shipped the same way previously by other courier service safely) .. South Delhi to kolkata for one of Kolkata based client.. By air cargo. In kolkata, they delivered by bike(2 big boxes, one small box)... Boxes were totally distorted.. Mud and dust all over the big boxes... While opened, 60% of the item was broken. As well as the thick two layer thermocol was cracked and smashed in small parts. While informed the khanpur(south Delhi) franchisee owner, he transferred the blame to the airport authority mishandling. Where it was clear from the boxes condition that the boxes were dropped from a height to a muddy/dusty road. The courier franchisee owner neither gave us half amount of the loss not even he returned the courier charge amount.while other courier pay 50% amount of any loss or damage happen. Not even he met us while we were at his office... He said he was out of Delhi for a long time... I can still remember his one comment about the breakage while I was saying it was his companies responsibility to deliver the shipment properly"aisa to ho hi sakta hai..kuch to tutega hi.breakable item hai. 20%-30% to tutt ta hi hai."..
