Worst parcel service, with really a bad code of conduct, their employees don't give proper guidance to the customer. Had got a call from the company's executives twice, but my parcel is yet to be delivered. Have visited their transhipment hub there they are themselves confused where the delivery is to be made and when I enquired to give the delivery to me they are like we will see if possible tomorrow or day after tomorrow as and when the delivery reaches them, my order was placed on 16 of may my parcel has reached their hub on 19st may and being nagpur city not bigger than 50 km of raidus they are not able to delivering it by , 5-6 days. Really very disappointed with their service and customer handling. Zero out of 5.

I would have given less than 1 star if there was option of doing this. No delivery boy came my adress and msg receive back to back 2 days that the shipment undelivered as you were not available. I contact customer care. They asked that there is OFD (out for delivery) lock as multiple attempts were made. Completely fraud and fake.

I didn't receive call from delivery boy and I tried calling delivery boy multiple times on the contact number provided but delivery boy didn't pickup my call. When I contacted ecom express customer support and asked them to provide alternate contact number they refused. My parcel was undelivered and the reason mention was my adress was not locatable.

One of the post pathetic delivery service I have ever seen. My sent a gift for my friend and the shipment was out for 4 days, and finally the update was 'customer not available' or 'customer did not accepted the parcel'. When I checked with my friend, she has not received any call from delivery person. Moreover, there is no contact number of the delivery person, which we can connect. I have never seen such low level of service anywhere.

I received the courier on 8th day for a mere distance of Amravati-Nagpur of 153km. The real Joke was the courier traveled a zig-zag route Amravati-Washim-Nagpur-Wardha-Nagpur, may be because Amravati-Nagpur is 4 lane expressway and has 3 toll to pay. Seriously they should close the company operation, as its a torturous then a (so called) service.

A parcel was supposed to be delivered to me from Myntra by Ecom Express. ECom never attempted the delivery, instead kept updating non delivery reasons like, customer rejected delivery, address un-locateable etc. The parcel went back to Myntra in the end. I got in touch with their customer care after like half an hour of IVR waiting and was given a number of a person who looks after Nagpur. Upon calling him, he told he had left the job since 4 months. I mean the service couldn't be any worse.

This is the most pathetic courier service provided ever seen. They don't deliver the parcel and give false reasons such as Wrong Address / Not Available etc. They don't even provide their local Delivery Center Address and Contact Nos. in case anyone wishes to get his parcel/shipment collected personally. I had to force them to connect me to their senior. Who after a lot of persuasion and threat of complaints gave me local persons number which eventually turned out to be the number of the person who is not in Nagpur anymore. Somehow I managed to get the concerned persons number and he clearly told me that he has lots of parcels for delivery and is without manpower hence unable to track and deliver my parcel. This is without a doubt the worst possible courier service.

Why is this company running? Courier company didn't even try a delivery and changed status to undelivered due to wrong address. Surprisingly same guys had made two deliveries last week on the same address. They don't even have proper communication system to resolve grievances. I will suggest you to buy any expensive product if these guys are going to make delivery. There are high chances you getting suffered due to these people. All customers are facing similar issue and thanks to Google for having this review system.

I would never ever recommend EcomExpress to anyone. I happened to order few products from Nykaa online store and they unfortunately we're going to be delivered by EcomExpress. I ordered on 3rd of May, the products reached town on 5th of May, and from 5th of May till 16th of May my courier's status was OUT FOR DELIVERY. They would never call me and simply update the courier status, wrongly saying INCORRECT ADDRESS. They never attempted delivery. I called up over 10 times to the customer care executives of both Nykaa and EcomExpress and both would say you will get you courier by tomorrow but that never happened. After threatening them of approaching consumer court I got my courier. But I had to actually threaten them 3 to 4 times only did the courier come to me. Worst experience it was, I checked EcomExpress's reviews online and 99% people have the same issue that they do not attempt delivery not do they call you for correct address and simply update the status saying INCORRECT Address.
