One of the worst service I ever seen.... Actually delivery is from Bangalore to Tirunagar. It has been sent on Monday and Reached on Tirunagar office on Tuesday morning itself as per Tracking number.... I have not got call from them until Wednesday 11'0 clock.... I tried their number but no response. So i went there directly Below are observations: 1. Whatever location shown is wrong in Google maps 2. They put all their courier boxes in open road and No one there to watch the couriers. 3. No standard of safety maintained in the office 4. Employee are not polite especially one lady weared chudithar is more arrogant by her reply 5. Initially they said currently they are seperating the parcels later they realised it is not there 6. Then they asked me to search myself the parcel boxes in outside but i found it in underground place 7. It seems they even don't know what is coming and Going 8. Even I asked why you have not picked the call they answered very un professional that they would available at 11 only not before that Conclusion : Luckily i got my parcel but for others i don't think so... Be careful before selecting Professional Courier

Sent a package to Bangalore using their priority pro premium service and they took five days to deliver the package after numerous phone calls to various junctions in banglore.These guys kept me running around in phone calls without giving me any proper information about the whereabouts of the package. The tracking is bloody useless and does not give you the exact location,when you call up the location,even the manager of the branch won't be able to locate the package.After going back and forth on calls they finally delivered it on the fifth day ,two days late of the promised date ,don't know why i paid 300 rupees extra for the premium and priority delivery services if they don't deliver on time !!
