There is no ecom office in this address. My parcel came from surat and it has been hold in delivery centre from last 10 days no one called me. After waiting for 10 days i contacted customer care and lodge a complaint but then also my parcel didn't got delivered. So i contacted customer care once again for self collection and she gave me address for self collection and i visited there today there is no ecom office in that area. And there is no contact no also available. Now what should i do i don't know.

Very very bad service since last 10 days I am waiting for my package still not delivered inspite of calling customer care several times. Only 1 week back received a call from delivery boy that today being too late I will deliver next day and then in remark he had written customer not available so not delivered. False remark given and since then I am continuing following everyday and getting false promises only. Never ever use their service.

I had cancelled all appointments for that day as I got the message that the parcel would be delivered Very bad service by delivery boys and contact no and pin is always wrong
