There was a courier that was sent to me by a friend via Speed Post (India Post), apparently shows delivered but hasn't yet reached my home. I have checked all possible drop points in my society but no one has an idea. I never got a call from the delivery guys as well. Now, the number doesn't work as well.

Hopeless services. Returns important couriers such as banking passwords, etc. Not reliable courier service for either important or non important docs. It's worth deleting where ever it's operational. It's typical government agency and do not care for customer services! Absolutely Hopeless services. No wonder why private courier companies are flourishing and are in demand despite of age old nationalised courier service Indian post being in operation for ages!
