This branch people never respect customer urgency. They will work as per their convenient. They will charge for door step delivery but we need to go and collect it from their office.. what is this.. I am not taking about regular service. I have booked pro premium to deliver with 24 hrs.They charged Rs.660 but 48 hrs completed no response from them.. Is this way they are respect customer urgency. They didnot contact us for inform about delay. when we called them, the way of response is like, if you want come and collect.. even Pro service we need 72 hrs or it will delay.. But while booking why not it is considered. But i paid them as they said.. so they should do it.. SERIOUSLY ITS DISAPPOINT US.. PLEASE DONT USE THIS PROFESSIONAL COURIER. THEY SIMPLY CHEATING CUSTOMER.. THEY ARE NOT GIVE ENOUGH VALUE TO THE CUSTOMER. FINALLY I LOST Rs.660 AND GET REGULAR SERVICE . SO I INFORMED NAMAKKAL COURIER OFFICE GUY TO RETURN MY PARCEL TO SENDER ADDRESS
