Staff are friendly but unfortunately server down is a common problem here for postal. Postal Bank seems to be working without issues most of the times but if link failure occurs for postal/speed post then it won't be coming back for a long time and probably for the entire day. I would advise to come back on a different day if anyone encounters link failure here on any specific day. Speed Post registration is as quick as it can be.

Useless and pathetic. System server down/slow. The lady at the counter literally just sat there staring at the monitor and the webpage never loaded. There were some 10+ customers and only one system, one counter. I waited 90mins there to submit one form and still failed. Decided to not transfer my AC here. I would rather keep my AC in my hometown, travel all the way and get my work done. At least my work gets completed there. Here it's just waiting for hours and days.

Overall I am happy with their service. Staffs are friendly and they provide quick service. There are three counters. One for parcel booking, one for savings account services and other for general enquiries. Parking is available with a charge of 10 for two wheeler and 30 for 4 wheeler.

Usually a crowded place and next to police station. There are 3 counters here. Counter 1 is for speed or registered post bookings. Counter 2 is for deposit, withdrawal and enrolling for schemes like PPF and NSC etc. Counter 3 is for general queries. Staffs are helpful, as its always crowded it better to have another staff to manage it better

On Saturday there will be a long queue.B ready.Try to visit around itself for any finacial work.Everytime they say server is down so it is slow.Inside its congested and they have only one counter for financial trsactions.For sending parcel,Insurance(contact Manjunath) these services will be quicker.For parking you need to pay Rs.10.

It's the only post office in electronic city.You will find long lines starting ,from 9am .You need to spend a minimum of 2 to 3.hrs standing in the lines for RD/MIS etc counter. There is only one person caterering to the large crowds.For such large crowds another counter need to be opened. Be ready to spend the whole day here

My Aadhar mobile number updation has been done in less than 10-15 minutes after waiting in queue for around 2.30 + hours and after complaining to manager to arrange a person to do this task. Management has to segregate this and take necessary steps to avoid people (old) waiting in queue for too long for a task which can’t be done by only one system / only one post office staff who doesn’t even have a SEAT for himself to sit and work as they are working hard attending only internet banking requests as priority. Please arrange separate queue (or) give ALL ACCESS to post office staff to perform both below tasks in same system and in same queue (i) Internet banking and (ii) Aadhar mobile number updation in order public not to get upset that their task can’t be done in that queue after waiting 2.30 + hours where they have asked to stand and have no idea whom to ask further to get his request done.

I called on given number in maps.they picked call in first ring .. when I asked about aadhaar update..they politely answered.. they are issuing 30 tokens on Monday everyweek. You can go with token on any day of that perticular week for service.first five members of that day with token will be served
