They do not deliver, their way of talking is very rude... They say if you want your courier then come and pick it up... They do not easily pick up calls also... You have to call them atleast five times at different instances to talk to them... Very pathetic

My courier reached ranchi 2 days ago from Mumbai and still not delivered. Neither people at ranchi courier office answers call. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. I would suggest everyone to never use this courier service and if you do I can guarantee you would have the worst experience. Pathetic.

We have had such a bad experience with this courier services that we cannot describe it in words.. Request you not to use this Shree Maruti courier service.

We call a customer care to resolve issues and get things sorted and get a clear idea of what the issue is regarding our respective parcels. I did the same. But the response was very rude. Instead of helping and guiding me they hung up the phone, I called them back immediately and they didn't answer it. Will definitely not recommend it.

What a waste to time and money. Got a thing couriered from Ranchi 10 days back and I have not yet received the courier in Delhi till today. We are in 2020 not in 1980 that it is taking this much time. Whenever I call then nobody receive it. When I track the status it is the same when ever I see it. Paid a good amount for the courier and still waiting. Disgusting service. Disgisting people. Will never recommend. C class service. 👎🏻

I'm giving 1* because below this there is no option. Shree Maruti courier services is One of the most worse and irresponsible courier services i have ever seen in my life. I suggest to all please don't send any item with this courier service. From Ranchi an item was booked on 24/09/2020 With Tracking ID 20407100100612. On 28/09/2020 item was delivered to Guwahati. Item reached at its destination in worst condition it was broken. Sorry there is no any option to upload image with review. So I'll post image on Shree Maruti courier service wall. Shree Maruti courier don't know How to deliver a Fragile item. Now there is a Question who is responsible and who will give me compensation...?

The worst courier company i have ever seen. Uneducated and not professional people they have. The delivery boy called me and started talking to me rudely without any reason. Finally instead of delivering the courier to me, he Ordered me to come to the nearest place if I want to take the courier and told me lena hai toh aao nahi toh bhaad me jao....What a language they use....When I shouted at him, he threatened me that he has hold of some people in my area and will not allow me to stay in that area....Do this comapny hire Gunda, bcoz the way they speak and behaved, it seems just like it....

This consignor have no idea or no experience to deliver or courier. He has no idea how to pack a product either it is made of 'Glass' or any other material. I Ordered to pack & deliver a Photo-frame & it's frame was broken. Scilicet, worse 'Courier service' I've ever seen. Let him get a chance to improve themselve.

One of the most worst courier service I ever experienced...my one courier hasn't arrived yet although it was dispatched on 20th may...the most unsatisfied sense is that it's showing it's already delivered but after enquiring it about the courier I had been notified that it had been delivered to someone else .....I wonder how careless service they all are providing...its my personal feedback that I won't ever gonna opt this service again it's my last attempt..also I m willing not to give a single star but to review it has to be minimums...JUST HATE SHREE.
