I don't even want to give this 1 star, but google wouldn't allow it. The worst courier service. I sent a gift to one of my friends in Chennai studying in IIT madras, and when she received it, the parcel was tampered with and opened up as well. The courier service had secretly opened up the parcel and stolen contents as well as destroyed the remaining goods inside. I faced a huge loss due to the cheating nature of the company. And now the courier partner is not picking up the calls either. I hope no one ever uses this service as they are not genuine and a total fraud. I can attached pictures to prove this as well.

Head office staff achcha hai par inke system mein problem hai. Maine Delhi se ek urgent parcel inke dwara by air mangaya. Mujhe kaha gya ki 22 ko har haal mein milega. 23 ki sham ko pata chalta hai ki subah 8.32 par head office aa gaya tha lekin mujhe 3 din baad milega. Kaaran ye bataya gaya ki mere area Bopal mein hafte mein ek baar deliver karte hain. Phir koi inse kyon mangayega? Urgent kahne ke baad aisi service to normal ka to kya hi hota hoga! Mujhe cab se khud inke head office jaana pada jiske liye 500 Rs. Cab ke lage jabki 715 Rs. Courier charges main pahle hi de chuki thi. Time ki to inko value hi nahi. Staff ke sabhi logo ne achche se baat ki par wo to system se bandhe hain, isliye kuchh nahi kar sakte! Unki koi galti nahi, Par bhai, SYSTEM KAUN THEEK KAREGA?? * Net par inke jo 3 number likhe hain, unme se 2 kaam hi nahi karte! Photos us complex ke hain, inke office ke nahi.

Why they are taking couriers I don't understand. There are lot many options to choose but never ever choose skyking in any city of India. This experience is of so many different states. This is the most unprofessional and worst courier service I have ever experienced.... My parcel was received by Ahmedabad office on 24.08.2021. Parcel was lying in Ahmedabad office since then and we are calling them constantly to get it delivered But still not delivered by them. They Don't care about customer items...and also not respond to us. After waiting for seven days when we reached there to collect our parcel it was not found. Be aware of these people. And it's just 10kms away but on delivered on Saturday on calling they said it will leave from warehouse on monday night and reach Tuesday morning for just 10km. Lady gives pathetic answer. When I asked if I can pickup from there then she hung up on me.

They do not deliver to places on the ring road or Shivranjani side, because it is too far. They should tell the courier sender beforehand about this. It causes a lot of problem because they even do not inform the customer to come and take it from their office.

Took the payment of express delivery from Chennai to Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The courier came to Ahmedabad and was lying in their godown. When contacted the office in Ahmedabad they refused delivery at our premises and when I questioned them how could they accept the parcel if they do not deliver at the address to which the kind lady said "She is not answerable to me, talk to the booking agent in Chennai" Note to other customers, before booking at Sky King confirm the delivery conditions. They may send your courier to the nearest town or city but you have to collect it yourself. Better patronise India Post.
