These guys are completely unprofessional. I had my Bank send out a key document through them. I enquired when the document took over a week to be delivered. With the docket number when I called them it took them about 6 hours to respond as the phone was continuously busy! Upon picking up the phone there was a lady on the other side who tells me " this is a courier office so the phone is bound to be busy"! She hung up and then I have been trying since 1000 hrs which is supposed to be the opening time for the office! Its been 12 calls and 18 mins, still waiting for someone to pick up the phone! Disappointing!!!

The name of courier is misnomer. "Professional" Courier is totally "Unprofessional" courier service. One document sent from Vile Parle on 06/05/16 has not reached Thane till 10/05/2016. God knows how they are still surviving and doing the business?
