ST Courier - Karaikkal, Karaikal, Puducherry

Hi, ST Courier KARAIKAL in Pondicherry state was one of the Very very worst courier service I never seen earlier. They won't do proper door delivery. Every time they say that they don't have service to your area and ask customer to collect the parcel either in branch office or middle of some road they wait and ask customer to come to their place to collect the parcel. Then what's the use of opting courier service? We use courier service as they are fast and provide better service. I faced this kind of worst situation atleast 10 times with Karaikal branch itself. THEY ARE REALLY SPOILING THE REPUTATION OF ST COURIER IMAGE. How the old age people travel to Karaikal branch which is 8 km away from my place to collect the parcel.or courier delivery guy will call us to collect somewhere else around 3-4 km away. Then what's the use of claiming that the company is providing best customer service. Regards

Kindly avoid this shop, just walk 100 meter you will find the professional courier, I got worst experience from st courier, for other state DTDC IS taking 80 rs but here 100 rs per kg, I have given the amount but my package was not delivered to my brothers home for 12 days, I have called them so many times, I have visited them one more time after that it was delivered. But my product was damaged by the rats now I have to put 2500 rs to rework it.

Parcel received to karaikal 7 days before from chennai, still they didn’t deliver to the address also they are picking the call. We filed a complain too, still no response. Any ST courier representative, please help me how to get my parcel from that stupid office? We visited that courier office too, they said deliver boy has the parcel but we didn’t receive the parcel yet.
