Shipment has arrived to their place and not delivered. When we try to track, it shows out for delivery and no one gives the proper reason why it’s delayed they just tell that we can’t deliver today as there is some issues. Never experienced such a pathetic and worst service from any other courier. It’s better to close ur company when u can’t stick on commitment.

Totally worst service from ecom express. My order which was supposed to be delivered by 3rd of December is still not received and when check with their customer care they keep on telling that it will be delivered by tomorrow and that tomorrow is not at all come yet. They don't have a proper response system to contact the customer also. The most hopeless delivery service from ecom express.

Worst service ever not recommended pls.. Thr'll be no updates or confirmation call from them. parcel has reached to bangalore 5days back but to deliver hardly 1.2kms they took 7days. Pray to god this company should shutdown as early.. tq

One of the most idoitic delivary services in banglore and I don't know why people will even select this service. On the day of delivary they send you a number with an extention which will not work. Horrible experience. The same guy takes 2 complaints from the same customer in 4 days. Shameless people.
