Don't take professional courier service very bad and really bother your consignment.. my courier dispatched from Chennai 28th Feb 2023 and bhopal office received 02nd March and they don't delivered my package till 11th March and when I have asked why you have not delivered my package they talked very rudely... very poor service

Found this picture on a wall in Bhopal’s office. All good things in this article about this company but it is other way around. Parcel never got delivered to my address. I had to go to collect it myself. They said the delivery boy called but he/she never did. Waited for 2-3 days but no response. No contact number mentioned in their website to check the status. I always get my parcels from other services but this one is unique. Say a big NO to this courier service. Pathetic.

Its head office is located in MP Nagar Zone II, Near Konark Hotel. At Ghoda Nikkas another office to serve the City. I didn't appreciate their services at all as one of my Parcel, which was booked from Lucknow on 26th August was not delivered to me. No one was attending the landline number and mobile number. Finally I visited the head office, they said that due to the shortage of manpower our services are distributed and your parcel is at the city office. Finally I collected from the city office. Without proper management and satisfactory services they can't win the hearts.

Worst courier in world. They charge to much for courier and at the time of delivery they give 1000 excuses. its 12 days complete one parcel has sent from Mumbai to Bhopal and still it's not deliver. Trying to call office address number is permanent closed. If you have big lock than permanent close ur courier. You are not able to run courier service. Worst, third class courier service.
