Very incompetent staff at the adhar counter. Whatever rectification is required cannot tell the customer at once. Every time they will tell another requirement in the document. Not helpful at all.

Worst staff behaviour at counter associated with savings accounts. They are extremely rude and non-cooperative for no valid reason, specially the female staff.

The staff don’t know how to talk to customers ...does it take 3 hours to collect maturity benefits ???? Am shocked at the callousness of the staff, specially the female staff there. My dad who is a senior citizen was asked to wait for hours to collect maturity proceeds. When he said he will have lunch and come back as it may take time, the staff asked him to wait. I have decided to lodge a formal complaint as these employees think that they can take anybody for a ride !!

Esplanade Post office is situated at Esplanade East, Kolkata. It is well connected through road & Esplanade metro station is adjacent to it. It is a big Post office. Along with postal job it also sells packaged bottle of the Ganges water of Rishikesh.
