Dear Sir I am a seller . I have received 100 orders in ECOM Courier. My pincode is 390001. It is the main city of baroda. The courier's Name is Sajjad and his Manager name is Bramha Prakash. I called the daily courier person (Sajjad) but His call was busy all the time because he blocked our number. And when he comes for the pickup, he does not call and goes directly back. There is no time limit for the Courier person (sajjad) to pickup the parcel and when he comes for the pickup he takes all the products without scanning. Due to this, many orders are canceled and many orders are lost from us.This is one type of fraud activity. We contacted its respected manager, but he took Sajjad's side and did not solve the issue. This has happened for the last 2 month. Manager's behavior is also very disappointed. He hasn't solved the single problem yet. We have already disabled your courier service from Meesho If this continues, I will have to disable your services from Shoppee too.I mailed you with a lot of hope you get our problem resolved. Entire Vadodara city your transport service review is very negative. kindly take the action against all the person who lose your brand name. And improve your service aggressively
