I went to the office and they say that the parcel is with the delivery guy. And the delivery guy says parcel in office.. Worst service ever..... They took nearly 13 days to deliver a courier to next district even though I have said it is medicine and emergency...... And most of the medicine were damaged.. In warangal the incharge was very rude towards customers nd They are not even answering for customers calls. That newly started RTC cargo service is better than this.....
