No options for zero star. They don't deserve it. Professional courier throughout India are the hopeless service provider. I would strongly recommend not to opt Professional courier. There are better service providers like "India post, Bluedart, DTDC".

Worst experience, worst response from ranga. It took 1day from delhi to bangalore, and even after 4 days, I have not received package within blr. Not recommended courier.

Pathetic service.i will never recomend this professional couriers. They charge high amount for premium service and won't deliver as promised. PRO12127309 from Bengaluru to Tiruvannamalai they charged 280rs for 200gms post and not delivered even after 2days. And when ask for refind,this branch incharge Rangawamy asks us to talk with head office,irresponsible.dont ever give courier in professional. Previously I had given courier for Hyderabad, even after one week courier was not delivered and it was returning back to Bangalore. Almost all areas they say as out of their coverage network. While booking they do all false promises.
