Failed to deliver a parcel from Chennai saying that is remote, threatening to resend the parcel after reaching Salem. If they can’t deliver why accept the parcel in the first place? Salem office blaming the Chennai office and harassing the customer. Deliver boys and the service people use a language as though it is none of their business

Worst ever courier service I've ever seen. As an organization we are dealing with so many courier services but the worst and least ever customer care is shown by ST Courier. No response from the people there, and if they receive the parcel also they take atleast 2 days to despatch from their office. So my kind advice is don't ever choose ST courier. If there is an option for zero star rating I would give that also.
