It's been 8 days since my parcel left my hometown and it is yet to reach destination Hyderabad. Actual time should be 2 days or at max 3 days. In these corona times we do understand it may get delayed a few times. I am absolutely fine with it. This poor rating is for the worst customer service. When i called the customer care , they in turn give you another contact and tell to check with them. And it goes on and on ! On top of that, the customer care executive based of Hyderabad was VERY ARROGANT in responding to our query!!!
