One of the WORST Post office in Pune. Non of the STAFF is working for the GOODWILL OF POSTAL SERVICE. Today on 27.09.2022 I went to book a small parcel in the Speed Post Counter. The staff on the counter simply refused to accept it and said it's an Electronic Device whereas it's a simple manual lens. I requested him to confirm the same but he simply refused and informed me to contact the Officer. The Officer also said the same. This type of experience is regular in this Dhayari Post Office. A request to the higher Post Office to please remove this type of staff and transfer them in some remote location so that they can be conversant with the day to day diff ulties of common people.

Nice place with cooperative staff. Some services may not be available or active all the time, like Aadhaar related services. It's located on the first floor of the building. It's difficult to notice this place from normal traffic, one can be noticed with the help of Post Office Box placed outside. The road in this lane is narrow that, two 4 wheeler vehicles cannot pass at a time. Parking facility is available.

Most of the staff is helpful and polite. I was able to do registered post in 5 minutes on Tuesday. Fridays and mondays are crowded. Old office, old building. Typical indian govt experience. Old furniture, no proper instructions displayed. But staff is very helpful. Senior citizens are treated with respect.

27july date of my package to be received.. But didn't got it... 28 reach office to enquire... they said there's no package for me... but online tracking was showing it is available. They didn't even listen ... 29 again visited office finally the guy checked my package and found it was really present there from 26 july. When I asked for it they said there mistake in address (I accept my mistake coz I just started living in that area it's been just 15 days..) I said I am present here at least now give me the package.. They said everything goes through the system we can't give you like this ( OK I accept that too...rules are rules) Today 30 July again visited the office still my package is not processed... Main problem is that they don't even listen to your problem n emergency of the package... It's not that I hate Indian post it's great.. This review is for specially people working in this office...
