Very pathetic experience and not getting updates for the delivery even when I called 3 times and spoke to Mr. Ramesh Tukadiya, got a reply that "We don't know where your parcel is and if you know that it is out for delivery then it must be with some of our delivery people", he didn't even bothered to take a follow up when I was expecting him to be.

I must say The service of maruti courier is worst. I placed my courier from Mumbai to Osmanabad, they said it will reach within 2 days. But after 5 days it is not delivered at osmanabad. I called that courier agency (maruti courier) for an update but they were deliberately avoiding my calls and not answering. I request to Maruti courier service that please look into this.
