Very bad experience with Maruti couriers. Actually I had booked the courier with fast track and Maruti courier was supposed to deliver it at the destination. Its four days and still waiting for the consignment to be delivered. The worst part is that the phone is also not being answered after the first two calls that were answered to say that the address is wrong and the phone number provided is invalid. I asked them to call the phone number in front of me and that's the time I was told that the consignment would be delivered today. Butill now its nottdelivered. That too a consignment of medicine. Hope they understand the value of medicine.

Not delivered on time, my ICAI books arrived there 6 days back and I stay nearby the Shree Maruti Courier Service office and that book was still in a corner and they are not taking proper care of products shipped for delivery --- They told me please find your product in the lot --- Requesting @ICAI to please select the responsible Courier Agencies.

3rd class level service of this courier provided. Without out of delivery they drop reason "door close" on online tracking. 9days they hold my parsal becoZ of single parsal of my area. Staff also very irresponsible. They didn't call me in d period of 9 days. They doesn't think to inform me. U guys not deserve single star also....

Recently I sent documents thru Maruthi Village Road branch in Bhandup west. Parcel reached destination within the specified time. Good job. However, there is a need to improve tracking as it is not showing time and actual status of the parcel. It is showing inscan and outscan with dates. This need to be improved like other professional couriers.

I dont know where the hell is this shop ???? I contacted them they never picked up the call. The location i also not perfect in maps . Watchman says there is no such courier service here .
