This passport office doesn't even deserve a single star. I have no issues with the long que , no place to sit and all but the staff the head who sits inside ( to the left ) is illiterate. He refused to take my documents he said it's not valid when in the posk it's clearly mentioned about the list of documents. I had to have a huge argument to ask them to accept my documents and volla yesterday i received my passport as well. He had to audacity to threaten me to not to come to this passport office when my passport gets rejected. But i am going to file an official compliant against this man. You cannot misguide ppl bcoz u are illiterate.

Very good POPSK office very helpful cooperative staff. Day before my visit i saw goole reviews almost all reviews were disappointing about this office but when i visit I found completely different scenario once again thanks to all POPSK Santacruz staff.

Would not recommend coming here for Passport Services as their system is not up to mark, it will either be slow or one of the systems wouldn't work, creating a delay in the process and long queues. Instead visit a proper PSK even if it's a little far from your location than visiting a POPSK which is near as POPSK will waste too much time.

To install zero star. Worst staff, they behave like ki vahan kaam karke hamare upper ehasaan kar rahe hai. They don't properly answer the question and they follow their own time schedule. What is the government capable of doing? Yeh log ko kisi ke time ki value nahi hai Mujhe phone aaya aapka aadhar card aaya hai collect karlo toh 9"30 am ko gaya toh bolta hai 9:00 am ko milega usske baad nahi milega. Next day 9:00 am ko aaya toh bolta hai 8:00 am ko milega and phir Next day 8"00 am ko aaya toh office close hai. I don't know what action will be taken against yeh log ke. That's why there is alsi bangaye hai and the name of govt sector is bad. Yeh log ko kisi ka pressure nahi hai na isliye apne hissab se kaam karte hai. Please like the comments so that government's eyes open and yeh lazy people get job.

Thought of giving zero starts, but there was no option for that. Worst staff. No manner how to talk with customers. Service never provided. From 1month they are saying that they r on a holiday. I recommend people suffer the consequences by not doing the work instead of coming here. Coz here staff r sitting just for time pass n not for any work

This place is best for courier, speed post, new Aashaar card & upgrade(all kind of service) 👍 you can open and manage your Account in post office they provide online services too for Indian post account 😃 like other bank 1> IF you want to upgrade you Aadhar then you have to before 9 they provide form in one day only 35 form according to that you token number is decided 2 For courier and speed post they check the weight and accordingly to that they charge the charge chart is at right side of enterence of office 3 For bank account the Staff provided you detail and they keep on developing their services

India post Santacruz East near railway station is closed today.there is nothing mentioned in their website.showing open and will close @5pm.but when I went there,it was closed and a notice was pasted on the door stating"due to election duty the post office will be closed on 09/10/2019." Is this the procedure India post follows???? Really unprofessional......... Are we living in 20th century????????

Staff is very supportive. However here passport will take atleast 20-30 days as this is post office PSK and not a PSK. This office displayed a notice stating it will take 20+ days to get the passport. So i suggest all non-urgent cases should come here and urgent cases go to PSK. This place is near Gopal Krishna restaurant near Santa Cruz east station and Bus depot. Google maps can be nasty.

This is a Post Office PSK and not a full fledged Passport Seva Kendra. The staff said it can take upto 1 month for getting the passport and mine was just a simple renewal! Ridiculous. Avoid at all cost unless you don't mind this delay.

Intermittent internet connection problems, no clear instructions and old infrastructure really ruined the experience. When I went in, I was expecting to be handed out a token, but instead saw people waiting outside with no clue on what needs to be done. After lot of enquiring, found out that first we have to go in and get papers verified and then wait outside again till our name is called. None of this was mentioned anywhere. With this "system" in place, it was almost impossible to know how far behind your are in the queue. A simple token based system could have resolved so much of the confusion and anxiety. After some time I noticed that one of the two counters was not functioning and the officer over there was just idling. Once in a while he would get on his phone, talk to someone, walk out, come back in, send messages on WhatsApp and then repeat the same process. Took some time to realize that there was some "system problem" and effectively there was only one counter in operation. Kudos to the other officer who was handling the other counter. Despite the fact that his colleague was taking advantage of the situation, this officer worked tirelessly handling all of the applications. He was very polite, courteous and friendly. He postponed (probably skipped) his lunch to ensure people were not impacted by the lack of resources. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but these are the examples of real life heroes, who go unnoticed. He is of a slightly dark complexion, wears a mustache and has a very friendly face. I hope he is reading this review and feeling proud of himself. Thank you sir, for all your hard work and politeness! You are the reason I am giving this place a review of 3 stars, which probably deserves zero.
