Hopeless service. Their customer care number doesn't work. I sent a courier to them from Gurgaon and it didn't reach after 5 days. When I called they couldn't even locate my packet. Never send any important document via them. In fact send a courier via them only when you want to misplace it and waste your money.

My Parcel is moving in between Chandigarh from last 10 days, And I don't have a single update regarding anything. Also i tried to call hundred times none of their numbers work. From my suggestion you guys should shame on your services. From my side I will give 0 ratings for your service

BAD BAD AND VERY BAD. The Worst Courier service I had ever experienced. They don't pick your phone calls,neither they reply,just switched off the cell phones. This is 3rd time such things happen, 10 days completed,material is in their Chandigarh hub but they did not delivered yet. They even don't deserve 1/4th part of single Star. If you (First Flight) are reading this Shame on You and your Company.
