Must be rated negative. Been waiting for a 800gms item from Gurugram to Kerala with delivery date shown after 6 days at beginning. Tracking shows item at Gurugram for 3 days. Then at bangalore for past 5 days. God knows when its going to arrive.Unprofessional and pathetic service. Dates shown in their tracking is fake. while item remains at one location for more than 5 days they distribute the delay between different hubs later.

No standard and no adherence to commitment in delivering consignment on time. My product was out for delivery and just because the delivery person was new it was not delivered and the foolish customer care said I will have to pick this up myself. But the delivery office said that they attempt three times. Shame on customer care and unskilled delivery people. Zero training.

One of the most disgusting logistics services ever received. Its been 10 days that i have been following up with their executives on the customer care number. When I asked for the complete name of the company for further escalations, the executive tells me that I dont know the company's name , i mean really u dont know the company's name u r working with ? & then when i slightly lost my head she says " I cannot disclose the company name as its a personal information".. R we serious about this ?

Paytm says they are not aware about cancelation. Ecom express status says shipment RTO locked. When called ecom staff said paytm has cancelled shipment. Really shocking as paytm staff has no clue about it.

Waiting for my order delivery for the last 3 days. My shipment is at their delivery center but no update in last 3 days. We are in an era where a consignment can reach Gurgaon from Mumbai overnight but logistics like Ecom take more than 3 days to deliver it in with in city. Also they dont have any direct call center where you can discuss with executive. Worst service ever encountered.
