Very very bad service. Highly unfriendly service provider. They informed me that I had a parcel from Kolkata last month but refused to deliver it at home despite my living in the corporation area. I offered to meet the delivery boy at the destination agreed upon along the delivery route. I waited for one hour and he didn't turn up. When contacted subsequently they told me that the parcel has been returned to the sender.

I have never seen such a dirty courier service. When I asked for delivery, I was told that it was not possible. When asked for details, they did not give a correct answer... 😡😡😡😡😡
