My parcel has been at their Kochi office for last 1 week. I keep calling them to ask and they keep deferring and delaying delivery. Appallingly poor service. In this day and age there should be mechanisms to bring these errant businesses to task and shut them down!.

Worst the worst courier service ever i had.. bad service ever.. pls stop ur courier office if you are not delivering it properly.. not even a single star i can give this to.. worst the worst..

Worst courier service.. Don't trust them..They behave very badly,as if they are doing it free..They will not deliver it to home and ask customer to collect from office.. If you ask them to deliver it To home ,they talk very rudely and say " Aisa service ke lie 500-600 charge karna hoga, aap auto bhejdo". If you don't want to deliver please don't accept it in the first place, there are too many courier services. Advice to customer- Don't ever use their service, you can even go for India post but not skyking for Kochi.

Not Worth giving even one star... Highly Unprofessional Courier Service. My parcel is stuck at their place since last 10 days, yet they do no want to deliver. Each time the guy says, he will get it delivered in one hour, it is yet to happen. Flimsy excuses and no response to their mail id or customer support. Worst exp ever. Never Ever use this courier service

wonderful experience of not getting a most important courier delivered even after 26 days and on contacting they miss behave so well as if they are trained from there childhood to do so. Poor company's owner, his staff at Kochi have panned well to close there office permanently and he is paying them for that, petty on him.
