They wont deliver the import documents. My document is stuck and when I see the status on tracking, they mentioned it is delivered , didn't received any call from them and the status is delivered. The parcel contains very sensitive and important document. But they didn't even try to deliver and marked it as delivered. There should be police complaint filed against them. They are wasting government money and cheating on us by taking charges frm us and don't deliver the parcel. @consumer court should take some legal action .

Furthermore, they'll put fake remarks and delivery updates saying the address couldn't be located etc, even after clearing writing all details. They dont even answer the phone calls. Customer service is the worst part. They just asked to go and collect from office directly.

One of the worst post office I have seen in recent times, the staff does not know anything and they give false information, the post master is a dum and dull person who does not know anything and does not even bother about customer satisfaction, I would suggest the postal department to either close this branch or change the staff completely

It's a branch of Indian post. This is located in the campus of MANUU. If you want to open a bank account in Indian post payment bank. you can open a bank account in this branch. The branch of post office is special opened for MANUU, but other people who is from outside campus they're come here for Post office services.

This post office is located inside the university beside the overseas bank. The process was smooth and seamless. I was able to speed post my parcel in a few minutes. The staff members were quick and polite. There was ample parking space for cars and two wheelers outside the university main entrance. The place was not crowded.

Citizens better have a post man number and follow up accordingly. These staff people are doing hard on their behalf and correct in their versions. If people want phone number it is available on indiapost.gov.in . One can get phone number by entering 500032 as a pin code in that website. They are friendly and issue you the corresponding postman number of your area.

There is social distancing maintained in Maulana Azad Urdu University, I went there to speed post one person is falling on me and the executive sitting at the counter by name Swamy is not at all listening as I’m continusely telling yo maintain social distance. This is reticulus in Govt office only the rules are not being followed. I request to brief the office to maintain Covid-19 social distance

Staff loaded with tons of work, we can't really complain about their working style, I feel they are doing their best compared to other government employees. Instead of waiting for post man to deliver your post better visit post office before 12 pm to collect your post/parcel yourself. Post office present inside University, easy to locate. Parking available.

Considering the work load and other limitations the post office staff is doing a great job of serving the local population. They offer all facilities with smile and ready to help. I visit the place for banking facility and speed post. Parking available. Waiting period not more than 5 min. Meets the post master if you have any issues. He is very helpful.

Now 10 days completed but didn't received the package.calls are not lifting. Never and ever do couriers in this.. It's waste of time..

As most of the people commented below these guys simply mark "Door Locked" or "Addressee Absent" without even attempting to deliver. There is no number to contact them. If the post man dont want to call us at-least the phone number of post man should be mentioned in sms we receive with the status of our shipment.

Worst experience with India post. Posted my stuff to my home and most of the important articles are missing including clothes.bags and tolietries. One of the boxes showed no sign of tear or damage from outside but when I openef it I found most of my stuff missing And to my shock I found somebody else's clothes in my parcel. I lost valuables around 25k and some stuff was brand new with the tags still on. Where as another box was torn apart and valuables were stolen. Shame on you India Post.

They do not deliver. They only put status as "attempted delivery". Please think twice before using India Post services. It's better to pay an additional charge for private couriers rather than wasting 15 days.
