The lady post master is extremely rude, doesn't let us explain, jumps into wrong conclusions within a sentence of our explanation. Her tone is authoritative, dominating. If I was her boss, I would have put her under training.

for ph no update on aadhar visit sree agency esevai maiyam, pammal. They support till evening 4’o clock. Please contact them on their ph no provided to check on their availability before reaching. I’ve been visiting 4 post offices across tambaram and chromepet almost for a month. They are unprofessional, arrogant, lazy and annoying. They deny any services related to aadhar. High time India post office should accept they won’t support people with aadhar related issues. It is waste of time to visit post office.

Such a senior citizens how they come day by day to get aadhar seeding @ post office's ⁉️ Time mechanism should be for people workung in Post Bank to help Senior citizens instead of roaring here and there to look upon post master‼️🙏🏽🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

One of the worst service ever,staff r very rude especially one who recieved in speed post parcel, without any reason he said you have to go Tambaram post office.government should check it out, that old man was very rude i think his age is 40 or 50,he doesn't have any respect at all he just a staff but act like I'm the one here ,it's two times he did, simply he said I can't send your parcel,what is that? They can change the staff that man he is good for nothing.i hd waited for one n half hour gone inside n not coming out i waited for so long,how they treat to customers is like so rude.

Went to file death claim of my father (SCSS) 3 days after his death. Assistant post master told to get death certificate and passbooks. Next day went at 11 AM. She said now i need to focus on clearing, please get nominee (mother) at 4:30PM. Went at 4:30 PM with my mother who just lost her husband, she checked the balance in all 7accounts and gave print of forms, told need to get 7 forms filled, get two witnesses signature (plus their KYC), plus claimant KYC. Now it is Saturday 5:30 PM, again have to submit the forms on Monday (not even sure why she wanted my mother to come). She said will take 1 week for the cheque to be issued, it will be through IOB, and you need to take the cheque to IOB to do NEFT because if the cheques are deposited through normal process, clearing issues arise as post office has specialised account. All this while mourning the death of my father who passed away unexpectedly just 4 days back. Advise to folks: NEVER EVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH POSTAL DEPARTMENT. THE SERVICE LEVELS AND EFFICIENCY ARE BELOW PAR. By the way, one picture was hanging there which i found very funny, hence sharing the same as well.

Staffs are very rude. And when I gave one of the lady my parcel to weight she literally threw my parcel and I had fragile things inside it. One of the staff denied to deliver my product and asked me to go to tambaram post office as according to her Chromphet post office don't have all facilities as compared to Tambaram post office.

Nothing special here and it is just a government office and there is no very customer friendly environment.... Staffs are not very responsive for customer queries. Only benefit is this post office is easily locatable and very near to bus stop... For quick need we can go here... Else choose your best like tambaram etc.,

Went for aadhar update. Work done within 5 mins. Asked only 50 rs service charge which is charged by the govt. and no more extra. Didn't expect it would be this convinient

Fast and reliable the staffs are good, but please keep exact tender before going to speed Post or registered Post... Services are open till 3:30 pm 2 pm on Saturday ...So be cautious about timeing. Don't forget to take the receipt for everything they issue a receipt so you can track your article online. You can request to add your mobile number so when it will be delivered you will get a sms. Really :)

Entering this building and waiting in queue is scary . As the building might collapse at anytime . The working staffs are least bothered about it . The queue line were standing till outside gate and system not working properly . Feels like still we are in early 1980s , filling up forms and it passes several benches for approval for a simple step which can be done online . Over unsatisfactory with this branch office ..
