Worst courier service ever, better shut down , never delivers and all my orders have been returned to the company just because of you, lazy courier workers who don't do their job, doesn't call or does nothing but just sits in the office with your phone and writes down the address is incomplete, does not match or whatever!!! When other courier services can deliver why not you?

I'm waiting for my orders it's shown out of delivery but never call and gets reschedule. Been a week now. Suggestion don't accept any order service if y'all not gonna deliver it. Better shut down ur courier office.Lazy staffs no response nothing annoying us.

My Shipment has arrived on Dated 19/12/2022 and today is date 27/12/2022, it's been a week but so far no calls no update. And for updates only their Head office number was provided in Ecom express website and Google search also same number, which say will be deliver within 24 hours, which comes 72 hours but no update

One of the worst courier in Nagaland.. they never call or deliver the ordered items if it’s COD and returns the items without the knowledge of the customer . This time they remark as pin code 797112 is wrong pin code for Dimapur.. comon! What the heck is this .. since when did Dimapur change the pin code?

I am so annoyed with their service ....because of them many of my parcels have been returned back to the seller ... They send a msg "Out for deliver" but doesn't call... and later I get msg that it is reschedule which I do not even know why. The next day same thing happens. After doing that for 3 days ,my parcel gets send back. If it has happened only once I wouldnt have complained.but its constant. I mean,I am providing them wt contact no.,address,proper landmark,lane no.,ward no. Everything still they do not deliver my parcel. I am so done with this courier service. And if in future,my parcel courier service is Ecom then I am cancelling my order.

My Prepaid product which I ordered came, but they didn't even gave me a call, even though my phone number was written on the package. It was only when I got a call from the product company, that I knew the product had reached. I somehow located the office but they had already placed it under Returns without giving me a heads up. After many frantic calls to the company and back, I could manage to get my product back. My advice, avoid ecom like a plague. Absolute horror of a service.

First time experienced the worst. Please keep someone who is not lazy and does not make excuses. I do online order a lot and for the first time I had to return my package because of the delivery boy. Now I don't want to order from Ajio because it'll be delivered through your service.

The worst courier service i have come across. If you can't deliver just shut down your service. Just one ring and disconnecting and the next msg recived is your delivery is cancelled. This is such a useless courier service. This is the second time which had happened.. One was yesterday and the other today, they would call and no oone would answer the call and they will disconnect it. When I tried to call back it either came out as busy or straight to voicemail.. Both my packages have to be Redelivered because the people are so lazy to respond back to the customer. If it was possible I would have given this a negative 1 star.. Will never order from flipkart now..

Worst courier service. On the delivery day I recieved just 1 ring on my phone ,I reached out to pick s call and it was disconnected. I called back but couldn't reach and later got a tx that they couldn't make a deliver so they will make a second attempt the next day. No next day happen and then 2,3 and till today I haven't recieve my parcel.

Worst Courier service ever. Delivery agents are VIPs who get paid through our delivery charges to sit in their centers and have their customers pick up their packages. It's perfectly clear why there is not a single positive reviews on the web for this company. If I had known that my products would be delivered through ecom express, I'd have never ordered in the first place.

Worst courier/delivery service. Not delivering the products/orders/parcels at the delivery address instead delaying and then sending the parcel back. If you guys don't want to deliver the parcels till the delivery address then don't open delivery service. Close it down. Someone will do it. If you are not ready to do the work with utmost sincerity then shut the business down. Don't harass customers mentally. This review is given after much patience on my part.
