Worst service ever. The delivery person is calling and simply telling you're not available in the location so I returned the courier to office. If i tries to call him again, he is telling today some other delivery guy will be on duty, so call him and ended up.... How to call him, without giving his number??? There is no office number available in this address.... Pathetic 🤬

Very worst delivery and takes 4 days to deliver a parcel from Chennai to Bangalore. Don't ever go for this courier service. Total waste of money. Worst attitude by the delivery person.

Very pathetic service. Charge for express service and delivering normally. Don't responds to calls and msg. False information will give. Don't bothered about customer. Said 1-2days of delivery but delivered on 6dayw. That to calling to customer care n complaining , and visiting back to back DTDC service . Charged 320rs for express delivery. Which is normal charge of 65rs. Frauds. Pramod the owner is big fraud itseems. Don't go to this service centr and DTDC if you want to care ur belongings.
