Very helpful booking agent Ms. Divya. First time, I was doing commercial international shipment and it required a lot of documents. Ms. Divya helped me thoroughly from beginning and booked the shipment in one day. She even helped me to pack the shipment. Also I want to thank the DHL team in Bangalore Airport, who helped to register AD code in an hour. The shipment reached earlier than expected and the customs clearance was smooth and quick. If you are doing commercial shipment for the first time, I highly recommend visiting here directly. Overall it was a great experience.

Professional services done here. However there was slight delay in processing since the documents had to be sent to US. There is a dog near the gate so be aware of that too. Apart from these points, your courier will be well taken care of.

We came and ask to ship a photo frame to another state and they asked to pack that photo and then bring to the office we packed the photo fully with a bubble wrap and we came back to the office with the package that was fully sealed and she asked the address so we told the address and she said it would cost around 12,000 and we said ok for that also and then she said it is not possible sir it's a village so we could not reach there very worst service and the female in reception
