Worst experience.....dont use their service. I got my parcel in the city offce on 13th nov but still its not in my hand... i booked the service from Ahmedabad to latur... it took 250rs to courier d goods within 3 days but its 10 days now... and their regional office helpline number were like we are no longer responsible for that you should go self and collect your parcel by yo own.
