I had a worst and frustrating experience with Ecom Express Service. We are supposed to receive an order on date promised by a Sender and the delivery item was simply placed in Ecom Express warehouse nearer to my native for close to 10 days & the delivery was returned it back to the sender without any consultation from my end. No proper followup from the customer service team after atleast 7 calls from our side to request for a delivery of the item Truly unprofessional and uncommitted service.

Very worst experience ever..first day they called and ask me for extra delivery charges to deliver in home (RUDE BEHAVIOUR) or u just want to return it..they force me to tell return package..second day they said ll try to give you tommorrow..3rd day they just give a missed call from their side( no time to touch the call..just a single ring not completed).. and they send msg as we r not accepting the product..they even not attend the call from our side again..very very worst..
