One of the worst delivery company..This is the second time I’m facing delivery issue with ecom express where I had to collect the parcel 30kms away from my place. Even after complaining no necessary action were taken. I don’t recommend this. Very poor service

I had placed an order for medicines on Medlife and they had used Ecom as their delivery partner. Despite making my payment online on the Medlife portal, Ecom refused to give the delivery stating the payment was not updated on their portal. I escalated the issue with both customer care departments and there was NO response from the Ecom team. They eventually CANCELLED my order stating that they couldn't reach me and this was despite my following up with them every day. I have never had such a pathetic experience. Ecom is ruining not just their reputation but also the reputation of established online portals like Medlife.

Why did you people return my product and never spoke through phone , you just called one time each day ( for 3 days) and when I attended u just breathe in the phone never spoke a word even there wasn't any hello. You guys can please stop this non sense work. I needed that package for an urgent use. Do you people know how to call and speak to customer atleast ? Cheaters cheaters cheaters.
