Even though these guys have fast service but they shud tell their staff to have a training to talk to customer nicely. The courier guy arrived in middle of my client call and while I m presenting , he was so adamant to not to wait for atleast 2-3 min , instead of that he started to scolding me for delaying in signature for receiving the package. I agree you guys have targets but we do have a responsibility on our end . Kindly tell your staff to coordinate properly along with good communication skills . I appreciate you guys for fast service but this behaviour is not acceptable.

On the site while tracking it showed that parcel is delivered but it's been 4 days and i didn't get the parcel even now.. they are not even sorry for this miscommunication and delaying. Promised me to deliever my parcel today before 6 but still it's not delivered at all.. So poor service.

The worst courier service ever, arrogant staff and also staff didn't admit their coordination mistake with their other city center and blaming the customer, told them if they want their parcel collect from their center.They did not give Parcel on time, Finally I had to go and pick my parcel and the ultimate thing is that they did not say even a little " Sorry " to customer for their inconvenience😡😡
