Pathetic services.. their courier boys taking parcels to their home inspite of delivering it to customers.. my concern is why this branch is giving parcel to their employees if they can't deliver the same on their shift hours.. who will be responsible if parcel is misplaced.. really unprofessional... The courier service is overall average. I don't recommend this place if you want to ship some important documents. The prices are way more cheap than other couriers like blue dart. But the services are not so good also.

They are thieves. I sent one parcel containing fabric to Gujrat on 21 November 2020. For urgency, I had booked it as a part of their air courier service. They have misplaced my parcel and after so many complaints to their head office as well I could not trace my parcel. When I asked them for paying the damage they replied that they don't have policy of paying any damage. A completely irresponsible and unprofessional courier service. Beware, before you think of engaging them.
