Worst delivery service provider. I had ordered a blanket on Myntra which was to be delivered before 31 dec 2020. On 28 dec 2020 i got a message that the product will be delivered on that day and when i asked the delivery agent, he said the parcel will be delivered the next day. Nxt day i tried to reach the delivery agent but the call was not connected to him. I tried calling him for 2 to 3days but the call was not connected so i filed a complain in the customer care. And on 4 jan 2021 i received a message regarding the delivery that the parcel will be delivered on that day and i contacted the delivery agent he repeated those sentences that he said b4 "the product will be delivered the nxt day" on the next morning i see that the product was cancelled due to "they were not able to reach me".
