I found this DHL center desk executive to be very arrogant and rigid. Better call before visiting because they will not accept your package due to their "High Standards". Also refused to offer preferential pricing if you are eligible for it. I simply returned back, went online and booked via FedEx. Hassle free and prompt service at your door step.

Best place for any kind of courier and there is one day delivery available via extremely urgent service. Staff is very professional and they maintain covid regulations very well. Very decent staff and prompt response. All cards acceptable. It's right on top of heritage store beside Gachibowli flyover. There are so many other courier services available near by but this is the only point which is offering one day delivery which I went with.

My experience with this branch turned out to be time consuming. Yesterday I visited this place at 2:45PM with just one customer ahead of me but by the time my order was initiated it was almost 4PM. The person at the counter could have addressed my request in between which barely takes 5mins, but he was not practical but blindly following the rule of first come first serve. Apart from the response I was also told that the delivery from HYD to BLR will definitely not reach the destination before Tuesday when package is handed on a Saturday, which was not an expected response from DHL.

DHL service is the best. The international shipping took just 3days to reach destination that too boxes of 30kgs! The manager was very helpful and provided best deal too. However the other staff was not that great. They were trying to churn out money and didnt offer much help in packing our stuff too.
