Very friendly staff, systematic procedure is followed. Your application will be throughout checked at first counter and you will get token number. After which you will have to wait for turn. Then biometric, photo and signature will be taken. And receipt will be given to you. After that you will have to submit the form at first counter. If it's renewal, old password will be stamped as cancelled and will be returned to you.

Worst experience, they don't fallow time as per allocation, My 11 months baby struggled a lot, he has fever and vomited is passport office. They issue token after reaching passport office Lunch time is 1:30pm but they leave office at 1:20pm I need to wait for 1 hr just giving one signed copy Even though lunch time is at 1:30pm they don't take my signed copy @ 1:20pm Officers are arrogant and they claim that you can complain about us to anyone, nothing can change

Wrong location. The other one is correct and it's on the 80 feet roads. You might end up being confused about the route. I have been victim of the trip with my wife and my daughter. Only thing which we had good about was the time to the appointment. Don't make mistake

Everything is good except one point, even though appointment times are given application, priority will be given through first come first serve basis. so don't forget to take the token number upon reaching the passport office nd also try to reach as early as possible.

It's a small office, we can get appointment easily and get documents verified easily. But biggest challege starts now.. Till 10 days you will not get any information about your application. After 10 days they submit the applications to Regional passport office. Total you have to wait for 25 days to get passport. If you get appointment in Bengaluru, you can get passport within 1 week.

It is very easy to get appointment in POPSK like Tumukur, they process of submitting and verifying documents gets quicker, but in real it is like you have submitted in a Passport Mela, they then send it to the Regional Passport Office (RPO), then RPO again verifies the documents and shows the status, saying the documents and applicable fees is received, till then the status is documents submitted in Passport Mela, in fact the process is lengthier, only to get the status RPO received its almost like a week or more, rather ppl can wait and submit in PSKs, and status immediately shows passport under process. Think twice before going here, government needs to do more. Well updating the review again on 14/12/2018, I had been to POPSK for Child's passport on 16/11/2018, today I received his passport, it almost like a month, if I had been to any PSK, hardly 7 to 10 days, the passport is issued.
